Diving Day 1/2/3: AIDA ** Beginner Freediver

This course is designed to be an introduction to freediving for students who are already confident and happy in the water. It aims to help the student to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to enjoy freediving safely. Students will be introduced to the main disciplines of freediving including Static Apnea, Dynamic Apnea and Constant Weight. The course includes:

* Breath holding-sessions during which you will learn breathing and relaxation techniques.
* Dynamic apnea sessions during which you will practice horizontal underwater swimming and learn how to move efficiently.
* Theory sessions during which you will learn the basics of freediving physics and physiology, how to prevent shallow water blackout, and how to rescue a freediver in trouble.
* Diving sessions during which you will practice rescue procedures, technique training and streamlining.

At the end of the course you will be able to dive comfortably to the depth of 16-20 meters.

Diving Day 4/5/6: Personal Coaching Days

Personal Coaching sessions are adapted to your wishes and needs. Some people just need a buddy or guide to freedive with; others are focused on specific goals like setting a new personal best or doing well in an upcoming competition. Here are some ways we've helped freedivers in the past:
