3 days of theory and water skills work. Counts as 5 dives for log book, and DOES NOT increase maximum dive depth. It does teach self rescue and basic rescue skills including aiding a panicked diver and unconscious diver.
Requirements: Need EFR and Advanced Open Water Certificate
