As one of the natural wonders of the world, the Red Sea is unparalleled in its diversity of marine life, including some of the most beautiful coral reefs and dizzying drop offs in the world. This tour features ten pre-booked dives, with all your equipment hire included, and accommodation in a comfortable hotel close to the dive-centre in Dahab. Most of the dives are accessible from the shore, and are only a short drive away. Extension options are available to start and finish the tour in Cairo if required.

We begin this tour in Sharm el Sheikh, where you are met at the airport, and then transferred to Dahab (we can also extend the tour to start & finish in Cairo if you wish, giving you the chance to see the pyramids & sphinx while you are in Egypt, or to fit in with your scheduled flights or another tour). Once in Dahab, we'll introduce you to the staff at the Dive Centre where you'll spend the next 5 days diving.

Our all-inclusive dive package covers all your diving (including equipment) and transfers to the diving sites. The diving in Dahab is relaxed and you will have a guide to take you to some of the most exciting dive sites Dahab has to offer. Sites visited may include the Blue Hole, the Cavern and the Lighthouse, along with many other of Dahab fantastic dive sites. The tour is based on two dives a day, though you may have the option of night diving as well. Extra dives (i.e. night dives) can be paid for locally at the dive centre.
If you haven't dived for over 6 months, then you will be required to do a Refresher Dive before starting the main dive package.

Itinerary / Highlights

Day 1
We will meet you at Sharm el Sheikh airport and assist you in obtaining your Egyptian Visa. We will then transfer you to your hotel in Dahab.

Days 2 & 6
You will be introduced to the Dive centre, where you will arrange your pre-booked dives for over the next few days. The Dive centre will be able to give you information about various dive sites, such as:
- Eel Gardens & Fairly shallow Dive (20m) with sandy bottom
- The Lighthouse & Popular as night dive. Often used for training dives
- The Fish Bowl & An enclosed circular cavern with a multitude of small fish
- The Islands & Collection of small coral heads, allowing a variety of routes
- Rick's Reef & Shallow wall dive around the edge of ‘the Canyon'
- The Canyon & Narrow channel between 2 reef walls. (20m)
- The Bells & A crack in the reef, allows you to drop down to the outer reef wall (30m)
- The Blue Hole & World famous dive site, often used for practise by free divers. (100m)

Day 7
You have free time this morning before transferring to Sharm el Sheikh airport for your departure.

Accommodation Details

Our Standard level diving tours use good quality hotels (approx. 2 to 3-star) in which all rooms have air-conditioning and en-
suite bathrooms. In Cairo, subject to availability, we like to use a pyramids area hotel with a pool in the summer months, and a city
centre hotel when it is cooler in the winter months. The hotel in Dahab has a swimming pool, and the normal hotels we use are
located within walking distance of the dive centre.

Cairo (3-star):
• Zayed Hotel, Oasis Hotel.

Dahab (3-star):
• Oricana Hotel, Dyarna Hotel.

At certain times of the year or where circumstances & availability dictate we may need to use a different hotel from the one listed above. In this event alternative hotels will always be of a similar standard.
